Data Protection and The Urban Mindfulness Foundation Privacy Policy

  1. The Urban Mindfulness Foundation is fully committed to ensuring full compliance with all aspects of the Data Protection Act 2018 and therefore only keeps information about website users as required to process orders and provide an appropriate informative service.

The Urban Mindfulness Foundation may require basic information which identifies you as an individual (“Personal Information”), such as your name, email address and phone number, in order to enable you to take advantage of particular services that we offer, for example when you send us a question/request from our “contact us” page, or subscribe to our newsletter or sign up to a training programme.
  3. The Urban Mindfulness Foundation will only use such personal information for the purposes of providing you with a suitable service, or for other purposes set out in these terms such as promotions and marketing that you opt into.
