Mindfulness Workshops, Classes, and Retreats

Whether you are looking for a mindfulness workshop, mindfulness class or mindfulness retreat, our City Based Mindfulness sessions offer you an opportunity to immerse yourself in authentic mindfulness practices and teachings that are rooted in social justice and inclusion for collective wellness.

If you book a full day mindfulness workshop, some of the day will be spent in silence or quiet contemplation so we can deepen our experience of mindfulness, and explore the impact of being ever more present whilst together as a group.

Mindfulnes workshops are mainly focused on a particular topic where we will introduce mindfulness practices to aid deeper insight reflection and contemplation on that chosen topic of discussion or exploration. The idea is to facilitate embodied reflection and contemplation.

Mindfulness classes are offered to boost regular practice and ensure your practice is communal and not totally self referential.
