4 Week Urban Based Mindfulness Course

The Urban Mindfulness Based Living Course has been designed by the Urban Mindfulness Foundation to specifically relate to living in the city. This is a 4 week course consisting of  two hours sessions, once a week. Please note The MBLC course is a prerequisite for this course.

The weekly themes are:

Week 1 – Embracing the unique opportunities to practice in the Urban Environment

Week 2 – Out of the head and into the body – Body is a barometer

Week 3 –Mindfulness in everyday life – coming to our senses

Week 4 –  Embracing difference and preference with love and kindness
