Introduction to Mindfulness Taster Sessions

Our Introduction to Mindfulness Taster Sessions provide a formal but light introduction to the practice of Secular or Inclusive Mindfulness and the 8 Week Mindfulness Based Living Course we deliver. You will also receive a discount coupon that reduces the price of the 8 Week MBLC programme by the price of this Taster Session if you go on to book it.

The Introductory Mindfulness Taster Session is designed for those who have little or no experience of Mindfulness Practice. The course offers a chance to experience first hand key practices that form the foundation of mindfulness training and the MBLC programme particularly.

By attending our taster session you will have the opportunity to meet our Tutors, ask questions about mindfulness practice, the courses available and any concerns or special circumstances that may help us support you in your practice.

Each sessions will last for approximately 2.5 hours. Once you have attended a mindfulness taster session we will support you with a dedicated training pathway that will facilitate you in teaching mindfulness in the future if you so wish.
